Apron Exchange
I Joined in on an apron exchange with the Yahoo Fibre Arts Traders Group.
The leader of the group Normajean Brevik has just published an apron pattern called" No Strings Attatched" and this was the pattern we used for the trade. You can get her pattern here.
The apron is made from a tea towel and because my towel was quite large, I used part of it to make pockets...... what is an apron without pockets!!!!
I used my embroidery machine to embellish with a few Xmas motifs....
I hope my trade partner likes it.

How cute! I wish I was your partner! Blessings, Jenna Louise
Very nice! I think I'll try to get used to wearing an apron. I have so many patterns LOL
Hi there
Yes my sewing machined finger is fine now but I have a nice scar for showing off! I bought an apron panel to make up for Xmas day to wear and be jolly in at the cooker - it's a Moda fabrics one...you'll see it on the Blog soon. Not very creative I know but at least it keeps the stitchin' fingers oiled!!! xx
Well done. Have fun with your apron exchange.
God bless.
LOVE the pocket idea with the left over towel fabric! You did an anmazing job on your apron Maggie!
Hugs, Normajean Brevik
